2.How do you charge?
We charge per pane of glass and may adjust rate depending on time it will take to clean difficult to reach windows. The most accurate way to receive a quote is for a customer service representative to visit your home in person and develop an estimate. However, most customers prefer to have estimates done quickly over the phone to avoid "on the spot pressure" or to shop around. We understand this and do our best to give an accurate estimate based on your description on the phone. We request that customers are as descriptive as possible. Our prices are very competitive. You may find a cheaper service, but you won't find a better service.
3.How do you clean the windows?
Royalty Window cleaning staff will enter your home wearing Shoe Guard that protects your floors and carpeting. We will carefully remove your furniture and any items that hinder access to the window. We remove the delicate mullions and raise the window to release the screens. Our experienced staff will clean your glass with state-of-the-art Ettore and Sorbo equipment and GG3 or GG4 - the industries best known products. We find that GG3 and/or GG4 repels dirt and water spots longer than any other product on the market. We use lint free fabrics to make sure your windows are protected as well as free from any fiber that regular cloths and paper towels leave behind. Once the glass is cleaned, we wipe down the tracks and sills, the mullions are replaced and your furniture is returned to its original position. 4.Do you clean windows year-round?
Yes! We have a special solution which will not freeze on your windows. If you schedule during the winter months, please note that your appointment may change due to snowfall. We plow any snow before completing the window cleaning schedule during the winter months.

We prefer that all customers are home at the beginning of the cleaning to sign off on the work order. But, feel free to leave at any time during the cleaning. If you cannot be there at the conclusion of the job, we request that you leave a payment in cash or a check made out for the full amount including tax at the jobsite.
6.Do the crew members need access to a water source?
Yes, for power washing and gutter cleaning especially. It is helpful for all window cleaning jobs as well. However, window cleaning can be done without a water source, but gutters and power washing can not be done without a water source.
7.Do I have to move anything before they clean?
Yes. If you have knick knacks on the window sills it is recommended that you removed these items prior to the cleaning. For larger furniture, it is recommended that you either move the furniture away from the window or direct the crew to do so when they arrive.
8.Are you insured?
Yes. Royalty Window Cleaning is concerned for your safety as well as peace of mind. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, which gives you and your family the assurance that you and your property are protected in the event of an accident.
9.How long will my job take?
Every job is different, but on average, one or two crew members can complete approximately $100 worth of work in one hour.
10.What is your cancellation policy?
We require a notice of at least two business days for all cancellations. Any cancellation made after this deadline will be honored; however, please know you will be charged a cancellation fee of $75. In the case of emergency, the charge may be waived.

-Royalty Biannual Maintenance will insure your windows will be virtually spotless all of the time.
-Royalty Annual Service will guarantee the essential maintenance of your home, including sills, tracks and screens.

The cost depends upon the degree of the job condition and frequency of cleaning schedule. As always, we can come and give you a free consultation.

Unless you are home for each cleaning, all dogs should be caged or outside. Please remember your friendly "never would

No. We will earn your confidence with each visit. Our goal is to have a happy customer, not a contract.

Unlike other cleaning companies, all of our staff is covered with workers compensation, which means you do not have to worry about being exposed to liability if a service provider gets injured on your property.
